Our Macomb County Sports Performance Training Program will develop the strength, speed, injury resistance and agility necessary to compete at the highest level. Athletes sustain overuse injuries because they only play in the dimensions required in their sport, rather than in the way their body was created. We want athletes to excel at their chosen sport. That is precisely the reason we developed our Athletic Performance Training Program. We Build Better Athlete’s, so that, when they do step on the court or field, they stay injury-free and can stand out from the pack, earn that starting position or get the attention of recruiters.
Strive Fitness and Performance offers a solid foundation of training that focuses on developing strength and power through functional sports training. We include instruction on movement training, injury reduction, speed development, agility, power development, proper weight training techniques, and functional strength training.
